She’s been in the trenches — facing tight deadlines, complex stakeholder dynamics, and projects that never seem to go as planned. Beyond the Gantt charts and sprint backlogs, she’s a powerlifting enthusiast and an avid baker — because balancing strength and precision is essential in both leadership and life.
Radu is a strategist at heart, bringing structure, efficiency, and clarity to every project he touches. With nearly a decade of experience in project management and PMO leadership across finance, engineering, and IT, he’s helped organizations optimize workflows, cut costs, and implement game-changing systems. When he’s not designing project roadmaps, he’s crafting intricate fictional worlds as a writer — because whether it’s storytelling or project management, success comes down to vision and execution.
